What are your warranty and returns policies?



Globes and atlases have a one-year warranty from the date of invoice. If not under warranty, these are replaced at regular price. Maps have a three-year warranty from date of invoice. Items are not covered after the warranty period has expired or if the product has been damaged due to customer abuse or a non-manufacturing defect. For maps not under warranty, a nonrefundable $100 repair estimate fee will be charged. Please contact Customer Service for authorization or questions.

No cash refunds are available. For exchange or credit, returned items must be in salable condition. In case of defects, damage, or orders shipped in error, notify Customer Service.


Is my information secure when transmitting it to your site?
